This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. When you visit this website, information (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser used) is automatically collected in server log files, which is technically necessary to deliver the website and ensure system security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in secure and functional operation). As Netlify is based in the USA, data processing may take place outside the EU/EEA. 4. Contact Form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details (name, email address, message) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. This processing takes place on the basis of your consent and/or to process your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(a) and/or (b) GDPR). The form is technically processed via Netlify Forms, and the submitted data is processed accordingly on Netlify's servers (see item 3). The data will be deleted once it is no longer required to process your inquiry.
5. Links to Instagram and Discord
On our "Community" page, we link to our profiles on Instagram (Meta Platforms, Inc.) and Discord (Discord Inc.). These are plain links (buttons) — no content from these providers is embedded directly into our website, and simply visiting our site does not transmit any data to Instagram or Discord. Only if you actively click one of these links and visit the respective platform do that platform's own privacy terms apply.
Fonts: All fonts used on this website (Rajdhani, Barlow) are hosted locally on our own server. No connection is made to Google's or any other third party's servers for the purpose of displaying fonts.

This website does not set its own tracking or analytics cookies and does not embed any third-party content that would set cookies upon simply loading the page.
